If the format of your workshop is not working or no longer suits you, your Regional Manager (who works for the Artisan Relations Department) will work with you to find a solution and a new, more suitable format. A simple change can make all the difference and we always welcome feedback from our artisans. You'll find a form on your Espace Artisan, under the ‘Workshops’ heading.
💰 If you want to change the price, you'll have to consider accepting the old gift cards, otherwise we'll have to transfer them all to another workshop or convert them to gift cards valid across the site.
🥣 If you want to change the duration/object created, you may need to at least inform the holders of the gift cards for your workshop, who can then request a refund if they wish.
👶 If you want to change the minimum age for your workshop, please note that you will need to create a children's workshop format if the minimum age is under 12.
