Reminder rules
We will send you reminders to add new slots as soon as your workshop is about to run out. We usually give you 15 days' notice.
If your workshop is a ‘group’ or ‘travel’ workshop, you will automatically be excluded from these reminders.
What happens if I don't add any future slots?
In accordance with our terms and conditions, the team reserves the right to transfer gift cards that have been blocked in your workshop for more than 60 days without a slot, as this causes great customer dissatisfaction. If you're going to be away for a period of time, don't worry, but we're counting on you to let us know and add slots as soon as possible. Otherwise we will have no way of knowing why, and a transfer will be made if there is no response to our emails.
