We're delighted to have you join our community of passionate artisans and we're always here to help and answer your questions.

Once you've created your first workshop format and made sure your calendar is available as soon as possible, it's now available on our website!

Customers can search for a region, a skill, a keyword, a price... and come across your workshop. If they like the description, that's great! They can buy it as an undated gift card (valid for 1 year and redeemable) to give to a friend or family member, or they can book one of the slots you've added to your calendar directly from your artisan back-office.

You'll be notified when participants sign up, and you can run your workshops and share your expertise with complete peace of mind, thanks to our operational management (including customer management), communications, training, marketing, product development and support services.

You'll soon realise that your artisan back-office is the hub of your Wecandoo adventure: you can manage everything there! Consult your information, organise your calendar according to your availability, download the list of participants, set up your workshops, find your invoices... and many other essential things, in just a few clicks.

The most important thing now is to remember to contact us if you have the slightest question, and to build your calendar in such a way that customers find enough availability to plan ahead, and that there are always at least a few future dates posted. You need to adapt to your minimum capacity for the break-even point, because if you add too many slots, customers will spread themselves too thin and you risk not being able to maintain the workshop.
