You're wondering: Who can I contact about the different topics, and how?

The OPS team will always be your first point of contact, as they will be able to resolve most of your day-to-day issues and direct your enquiry to the right people without you having to remember lots of different email addresses. For example, if you want to get in touch with the Artisan Relations team (who are responsible for developing your offers), all you need to do is send us a detailed message and we'll make sure it gets through to the right member of the team.

How can you contact us?

We are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm, and our freelancer Ilyane, who has been with us for several years, is available on Saturdays or Sundays, depending on the week, for emergencies only.

🚑 For emergencies when we're not here (last minute cancellations or during evenings and weekends): you need to contact the customers directly and we'll sort everything out as soon as we get back to the office.

  • The instant chatbox

The chatbox is the easiest, quickest and most efficient way to contact us.

It's available in your artisan back-office (on your phone or computer) by clicking on the pink icon on the bottom right.

It allows you to contact us on ANY subject, from the most general to the most specific, from the day-to-day to the strategic. It will put you in touch with the right members of the OPS team and guarantee a very quick response. If the answer doesn't fit or isn't available, you can specify your message with just one click. All 5 of us are on it, and we respond on average within 10 minutes.

This is the only email you need to remember if you don't use the instant chat box. This is the email we use to contact you by default. The OPS team receive all emails and process them or forward them to the right person.

  • The phone

Only for emergencies

📱 We may contact you by SMS for urgent matters (for example : doubts about a cancellation). If we ask you to reply directly by SMS, we strongly advise you not to contact us by SMS out of the blue. If the owner of the phone is not available, the information will be lost.

Teams that can be contacted via the OPS team

The OPS team allows messages to be centralised and distributed to the right people without the risk of information being lost. We receive an average of 100 messages a day from artisans, most of which are related to booking management (Operations Team), changes to an offer or content (Tradespeople Relations Team), promotions (Marketing Team), invoicing (Finance Team) or even feature requests (Tech Team).
