There are some Course Creators who have not granted Vimeo access. Therefore these courses are not available to download offline. In such cases, a banner on the course page will notify you that offline access is not available for that course.
If you are interested in offline access for a specific course, you can click the "Suggest Offline Access" button. This will help us track demand and inform the Course Creator that learners are interested in accessing their course offline.
