The Super Admin is the primary account owner of your organisation's LMS. There is only one Super Admin per organisation. The Super Admin has full control over the account, including billing, user management, role assignment, group creation, certificate purchases, and all platform settings.
The Super Admin role cannot be changed via self-service. If you need to transfer the Super Admin to another person, please contact Alison support.
