Can I use a personal email address to set up my LMS account?

No. A valid business email address is required to create and manage an LMS+ organisation as a Super Admin. The email domain must match your company's registered website domain.

Learners (team members) may use personal email addresses to access the LMS, but the Super Admin and Admin accounts must use business email addresses.
