Your data is handled in line with Alison’s Privacy Policy and platform security controls. If you cancel the trial and do not continue onto a paid plan:
Your LMS+ trial access ends at the end of the trial period.
Any organisation-level LMS+ trial data (e.g., settings and any premium-only configurations or uploads) may be removed/deleted in line with the LMS+ trial terms.
If you want to keep anything for records, it’s best to download/export reports and any uploaded files before the trial ends.
