If you don’t remove enough files, you’ll receive additional reminders and alerts when you log in to your dashboard. If you still haven’t deleted files by the time your downgrade takes effect, the system will automatically delete the largest files first until your storage is within the new limit. Once files are auto-deleted, they cannot be recovered, and team members will permanently lose access to them.
