No. If your manager has purchased certificates, they won't be applied to 'self-enrolled' courses. If you want a certificate for such a course, you'll have to purchase it yourself.
You can also request to be assigned learning by your manager, which could be eligible for a pre-purchased certificate if any are available. There are two ways you can do this:
Firstly, you can click on the 'Request an Assignment' button which is visible upon logging into your dashboard in the ‘Assigned to You’ tab. This action sends an automated email to your manager, alerting them of your request.
Alternatively, you can navigate to the FAQ section, click on the 'Contact Manager' button, and send a direct email with your specific inquiries or requests.
