How to edit Automation Settings
There are 2 ways to access your Automation Settings
Log into MyFarmbot
Click into your Pump Control that you'd like to update
In the control panel, you will see a button saying "Automation" that you can click into which will open your Automation Settings
OR you can click on the 3 dots, in the top right hand corner and select "Automation", which will also open your Automation Settings
Choosing a Destination or Source to display on the graph
You can choose which water source or destination you’d like to display next to your pump controller — including tanks or dams — and use it to automate your pump.
For setups with both a source and a destination (for example, a dam filling a tank), your pump can automate based on:
the source having enough water, and
the destination needing water
This helps ensure your pump only runs when it’s actually needed.
ℹ️ Note: This is optional if you want to keep the Pump Control in Manual Mode
Automation and Manual Mode
If you want to use Automation Mode, select the ‘Auto’ button below the diagram.
Then choose which you want to automate (source, destination, or both) and enter the Start and Stop levels.
If you choose Manual Mode, you do not need to choose a source or destination, or enter a 'Start' and 'Stop' level.
