We’re currently experiencing a partial outage with our Duplex Satellite provider. Our team is currently working with them to restore services as quickly as possible.

Details of the outage

Some Duplex Satellite Monitors are experiencing delays which may also impact Camera and Pump Control solutions.

What this means for you

  • Duplex Satellite Monitors: Will experience delays in data transmission until satellite connectivity is restored.

  • Pump Control: There may be disruptions in pump controls, leading to potential delays in turning a pump on/off or deviations from regular operational schedules.

  • Camera: On-demand and scheduled photos will not work during this time.

What we're doing

We will provide updates and let you know as soon as it is resolved.

What you can do

  1. Log into MyFarmbot and check the Monitors that are showing a "Delay" status badge, these may need physical inspection.

  2. Check your pump systems are functioning in local/manual modes if satellite signals are disrupted.

  3. Stay tuned for updates from us, we'll keep you informed about the status of the outage and any additional instructions.

If you have any further questions please reach out to service@farmbot.com.au or call 02 9901 4798.

We're sorry for the inconvenience and we thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. Please be assured that we are doing everything possible to resolve the situation and provide you with the reliable service you deserve.

Sincerely,

The Farmbot Team
