FarmRaise Tracks currently supports:
Adding Expense transactions
Tagging them by:
Schedule F Category
Product type
Financial Account (e.g., a certain checking or credit card account)
Splitting an expense by requisite line items, for expenses that are across Categories and Products
Uploading a Receipt to your expense
Creating in-app Reports of your expenses based on any time range you define, by Category or by Product
Monthly view of expenses, broken down by Categories or Product (in those tabs respectively)
What's coming next:
Income Tracking
Includes support to tag by the Product(s) you produce on your farm or ranch, and splitting income over multiple Products.
Supports tags for any special income that needs to be reported in your Schedule F (e.g., Cooperative distributions or Custom hire income)
We'll also be updating the Product tab UI to include a preview of your income and expenses by month
Improvements to the experience of adding transactions
Auto-fill support on the vendor name, Notes, and Description fields
Split Expense feature includes built-in calculator for easier splitting of expense, including for Sales Tax inclusion
Automated Receipt scanning leveraging optical character recognition
Updated Reports that include Income
Export Transactions as a CSV
In the longer term:
Export Reports as PDF
Support for setting monthly or yearly Expense Budgets by Product or Category
Reports for Grants that require expense tracking, like EQIP, CSP, or VAPG
Integrations in and out to other Accounting software solutions, like Quickbooks
