There are two ways to create a new ticket:
Clients Directly Submitting Tickets:
Prospective clients can submit a ticket directly to FastVisa from the law firm's landing page.
Clients fill out the necessary information and submit the ticket.
Team-Generated Tickets:
The team has the ability to create tickets on behalf of prospective clients.
Team members enter the relevant data for the prospective client on the Ticket Page.
Both methods can be used to create a new ticket, providing flexibility and accommodating different scenarios based on the origin of the request.
