How to Create a New Ticket?

There are two ways to create a new ticket:

  1. Clients Directly Submitting Tickets:

    • Prospective clients can submit a ticket directly to FastVisa from the law firm's landing page.

    • Clients fill out the necessary information and submit the ticket.

  2. Team-Generated Tickets:

    • The team has the ability to create tickets on behalf of prospective clients.

    • Team members enter the relevant data for the prospective client on the Ticket Page.

Both methods can be used to create a new ticket, providing flexibility and accommodating different scenarios based on the origin of the request.
