How to Invite a New Team Member?

Invite new team member to your organization based on the seat limit availability for staff/admin and guest.

Adding team members to your law firm in FastVisa is easy. The number of team members you can invite depends on the plan you purchased.

To invite a new team member, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "+ Add People" button.

  2. Provide the first name, last name, and email address of your new team member.

  3. You can invite multiple people at once, but they must have the same role and be within your subscription limits.

  4. Keep an eye on the counter that shows how many team members you can still invite. The counter is divided into "Seats" for institution admins/admins/staff and "Guests" for guests. If someone is no longer part of your organization, you can deactivate their access to free up a seat.

  5. Click the "Send Invitation" button to send an email invitation to your new team member. Ask them to use the link in the email to finalize their account setup and access their FastVisa account.

  6. For guest access, you can set an access expiration limit if needed.

Note:

If you prefer, you can ask the super admin (the internal team) to create accounts for the team members you want to invite. These members will be assigned as staff users, and they will need to use the provided username and password to access the law firms.

By following these steps, you can efficiently expand your team in FastVisa and manage your law firm with ease.
