If you have specific processes with forms, tasks, homework, invoices, and roles, you can set up a Procedure to use as a template for new cases. It will help you to use the same layout for another case.
Here's how:
Click on "Procedure" in the right sidebar.
Choose the Procedure you want from the available procedure lists or create your own if you have admin access.
Click "Change Procedure" to apply it to the current case.
Review the items included in the Procedure that will be generated for your case.
Click "Generate Items" to create these items instantly.
Remember, changing the assigned procedure won't delete the generated items from your case modules. They will still be there. When you change the assigned procedure, you'll need to generate the new assigned procedure items, and they will be added to your case modules.
By following these steps, you can easily apply a predefined Procedure to your case, saving time and ensuring consistency for cases with similar requirements.
