With Procedures, you can create standardized workflows and processes that ensure consistency and efficiency in managing your cases. They act as a framework or blueprint, allowing you to define the essential components and steps involved in handling various types of cases, such as immigration applications or legal matters.
To use your procedures, follow these steps in the Admin Settings:
Access the Admin Settings Menu and click on "Procedure" in the left sidebar.
To add a new Procedure, click the "New" button and enter the desired procedure name. Click "Save" to add the new procedure to the list below the Procedures section.
To view the details of a specific template, simply click on the procedure's name.
Update a procedure's name by clicking on the procedure's current name and making the desired changes. Click "Rename" to save the updated name.
Within a procedure, you can set four Case modules and USCIS's autofill roles, which include USCIS/DS PDF, Tasks, Homework, and Invoice.
To duplicate a procedure, click the "Copy" icon for easy replication.
If you wish to remove a procedure template, click the "Delete" icon to remove it from the list.
