FastVisa offers a seamless way to track essential dates and ensure the smooth progression of cases through the immigration system. You can easily record and manage this information in the Key Filling Dates and Decision and Process Dates sections located in the right sidebar.

Key Filling Dates and Decision includes:

  • Case Filed Status (Yes or No)

  • Target File Date

  • Latest Filling Date

  • Final Decision (None, Granted, Denied, Withdrawn, Client Canceled Process, Not Selected in Lottery, Service Center Rejection )

  • Final Decision Date

  • Approval Expiration Date

Process dates include:

  • AOS prepared date

  • AOS filed date

  • Biometric appointment date

  • CIS interview prep date

  • CIS interview scheduled date

  • CIS file petition date

  • RFE received date

  • RFE due date

  • RFE docs requested date

  • RFE docs received date

  • RFE response submitted date

To include more details about the key filling dates and decision and process dates, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click "Key Filling Dates and Decision" in the right sidebar.

  2. Fill in any relevant details or dates related to the case filling dates and decision.

  3. Click the "Update" button to save the information.

  4. Click "Process Dates" below the Filling Status section.

  5. Record any essential process dates related to the case.

  6. Click the "Update" button to save the process dates.
