Manage Team Member Access to Multi Organization

To manage team member access across multiple organizations in FastVisa, you can assign a member to have access to more than one organization. This allows team members to work collaboratively and efficiently across different parts of your institution.

Here's how you can manage team member access to multiple organizations:

Note: Each access assignment consumes a seat in the respective organization. Ensure that you have enough seats available in each organization before making access changes.

When Inviting a New Member

  • During the process of inviting new members to your FastVisa account, you have the option to grant them access to multiple organizations.

  • After sending the invitation, the new member will need to activate their account. Once activated, they will automatically have access to the specified organizations.

  • When the new member logs into the manage portal for the first time, they will see access to the multiple organizations they have been assigned to.

For Existing Team Members

  • To update the access for an existing team member, navigate to the member's profile and click the "Edit" button.

  • In the editing interface, you can select the organizations that you want to assign to the existing member. Choose the additional organizations you want them to have access to.

  • Save the changes. The team member will now have access to the newly assigned organizations.

Important Notes:

  • Be cautious when removing access from a member. If the member is a part of an organization's access group, you won't be able to remove their access from that organization.

  • Assigning multi-access to a member consumes a seat in each organization. Make sure you have enough available seats in each organization before making changes.

  • Multi-access is a powerful feature that allows team members to work effectively across different parts of your institution. It's important to manage access carefully to ensure smooth collaboration.
