Briefing Hub, Immigration Terms, Information Repository, Article Creation

Updated over a year ago

Just like the glossary, Briefing Hub acts as a repository of immigration case terms and progression. It provides clear, organized information about your case status, key milestones, and relevant documents, ensuring you stay informed and understand every step of the immigration process. Here’s a comprehensive guide on how to effectively use the Briefing Hub feature.

Creating a Briefing Hub Entry

  1. Navigate to the Admin Settings.

  2. Click on the "Glossary and Articles" section.

  3. Click the "Articles" tab.

  4. Click the [+ New] button.

  5. Select "Portal - Briefing Hub."

  6. Fill in the Title field for your Briefing Hub entry.

  7. Create a topic or select an existing topic related to the Briefing Hub you want to create. This helps you filter all your briefing hubs and articles later and makes it easier for your clients to understand the grouping of your Briefing Hub in the FV Portal.

  8. Fill in your Briefing Hub content.

  9. If you feel that your Briefing Hub is important, click the toggle button to mark it as important. All important articles and briefing hubs will be listed at the top of the list.

  10. If you want to draft it first, don't tick "Publish." But if you want to publish it, tick "Set as Published."

  11. Click the [Create] button.

  12. Your Briefing Hub is successfully created now.

Viewing Briefing Hub

Clients, HR professionals, and other users of the FV Portal can view the Briefing Hub from the Dashboard. It will preview the top 3 important articles (if you don't have any important articles, it will preview the top 3 latest articles).

FV Portal users can view all briefing hubs by clicking the '?' menu to access the Glossary and Briefing Hub page.

Filtering Briefing Hub

Users can filter the Briefing Hub by the topics assigned to each entry, making it easier to find specific briefing hubs.

You can also filter it within Manage > Settings.

By following these steps, you can efficiently create, manage, and utilize the Briefing Hub within the FV Portal. This ensures that all users, including clients and HR professionals, have clear and easy access to detailed explanations of important immigration terms.
