How we staff outside core zones; how fees and timelines work.

We provide nation-wide staffing services for all of our service categories. For orders within our core, Southern Ontario service area, quotes and checkout and be done automatically using our online booking portal. For last minute orders or events located outside of our service area, ensure extra lead time to guarantee fulfilment.

Main Service Areas & Fees

  • GTA/Southern Ontario core; distance‑based travel fees calculated from North York HQ (quoted in portal). If you would like an exact quote, use our online booking portal and enter your postal code after adding at least 1 service to your order. However, as a rough guide, transportation fees are calculated at ~$50+ per hour of driving. Transportation is included (free, no fees) for any event located within the City of Toronto.

  • Nationwide bookings via Concierge; travel/time scoped upfront, fees vary greatly by location and duration. Contact us for custom quotes.

Tip: Enter your postal code in the our booking portal to see live travel costs (make sure you have at least 1 staff added to your order before entering)

Lead Times

  • Local: earlier is better; if your event is in under 4 days, contact us directly (our online booking portal will not accept orders for events less than 4 days out)

  • Outside Ontario: target a minimum of 2 weeks out from event start to guarantee availability and logistics. 4+ weeks recommended.
