Generate Live Quotes & Book
Browse Services: Review staff categories, individual roles, and then evaluate the rates and descriptions.
Select Your Dates and Hours: Choose exact working times using the pop-up slider at the bottom of the page. You can adjust for date, start time, hours required, and add your postal code for transportation costs.
Review Transparent Pricing: All rates including transport fees are shown upfront. There are no hidden fees, no extra gratuities added to your bill (gratuities are at fully at your discretion to provide in-person and staff highly appreciate it)
Add to Order: Select quantities for each role, make sure your date and timing is correct and add to order.
Review Your Order: Make any edits as required.
Head to Checkout: Review your order and add custom instructions and additional information about your event including guest count, additional location details, etc.
Confirm and Pay: Securely complete your booking online. Pay securely with PayPal by debit, or credit (all cards, including AMEX, are accepted) Google or Apple Pay.
Receive Confirmation: You will receive an email with your invoice total, and your dedicated Event Concierge will reach out promptly to help with planning, staff selection, and other details.
Tip: You can mix and match multiple dates, timings and roles like bartenders, wait staff, or brand ambassadors, all in one streamlined checkout process.
After Booking
If you need to make changes after confirming, contact your Event Concierge, adjustments can typically be made up to 48 hours before your event but we will always try to accommodate even the most last-minute requests.
