Overview

Uniform and presentation are a core part of our service philosophy. The right attire supports your brand, matches your venue and sets the tone for how guests experience staff.

All FAUR staff are:

  • Employees who are vetted in person for professionalism and presentation

  • Trained to follow strict grooming standards

  • Able to adapt uniforms to match your event look, within reasonable and pre agreed parameters

Your Event Concierge will finalize uniforms with you once your booking is confirmed.

General Defaults

Unless you specify otherwise, standard professional attire is:

  • Black dress pants or skirt

  • Black dress shoes (closed toe, polished)

  • Collared dress shirt in black or white, depending on role

  • Black belt where applicable

Fine Dining Professionals and Butlers are equipped with vests, jackets and gloves based on the level of formality and your preferences.

Hostesses, atmosphere models and similar roles typically wear a fitted black dress that is professional and stylish, in line with your event tone.

Custom uniforms and brand coded looks are available for all roles with advance notice.

FAQs

Can I decide what staff wear for my event?
Yes. Every category has a professional default, but clients can set the dress code within reasonable and venue appropriate limits. Your Event Concierge will confirm details and feasibility.

Can different roles have different uniforms at the same event?
Yes. It is common to have supervisors in slightly more formal attire, bar staff in a distinct look, and brand or VIP roles in campaign specific clothing, all under one uniform strategy.

Are there any restrictions on custom uniforms?
Requests must remain professional, safe and in line with venue policies, liquor laws and health and safety rules. If a concept is not suitable, we will suggest alternatives that keep the same spirit without introducing risk.

Do staff bring their own uniforms and tools?
Yes. Staff arrive in the agreed attire and bartenders bring core tools. If your concept involves branded items, costumes or specific garments, we will either source them or coordinate with you to provide them in advance.
