You can easily add any trip booked in Melon to any calendar program using the .ics file which comes as an attachment in every Melon itinerary email.
To add a trip to your calendar
Find the email confirmation for your trip in your inbox.
Double click on the .ics itinerary attachment
A pop up should open asking if you want to open the event as new, import, or cancel. Click Import to import the event to your calendar.
The trip event(s) such as flights, hotel stays, or car rental will automatically add to your calendar as events for the duration of each element.
For example, the below flight takes off from LAX at 4:00pm (local time) and lands at 9:30pm (local time) so the calendar event lasts the duration of the flight.
