Accessing the Melon Website (UK)

When your company goes live on Melon you will receive a Reset Your Password email. Click on the link to create your password and start the set-up process.

You will be asked to provide the following information:

  • Name (as per passport)

  • Contact Details (Ideally a mobile phone number)

  • Passport details

  • Travel preferences (Seating & meals)

  • Payment information (only if your travel is paid by your own, or company credit card)

  • Membership programs (Air, Hotel & Car)

Once this information has been provided, you will be signed into Melon and can start using all of its great features.

Not all information is mandatory, but we do advise you to fill it all in for a smoother booking experience. Look out for the red asterisks for any required fields.
