To grant admin user permissions to another user, please contact the Melon Chat team via the Help Centre using the Icon on the bottom right corner.

Select Messages then click "contact support" to speak to a Melon Chat team member. All you need to do is provide the name of the new Admin and then will be able to update their profile accordingly
