If your plan is paused and you'd like to cancel it, here's what you need to do:

1️⃣ Unpause your plan first

To cancel your membership, you need to unpause it first. Go to the My Membership page in your profile and resume your plan.

2️⃣ Cancel your plan

Once your plan is active again, you can proceed with canceling it. If you have any issues unpausing your plan, please contact support, explain your case and we will assist you!
