⏸️ Pause your membership

You can pause your membership at any time and keep your credits for later use. This means you won’t lose any of your unused credits when you decide to take a break.

⚡ Immediate pause

Once you pause, the change takes effect right away. You won’t be charged for the next billing period, and you can resume playing whenever you’re ready!

🔄 Unused credits roll over

Any unused credits will roll over to your plan once you resume your membership. So, you can pick up right where you left off.

⏰ Resume after 2 weeks

You can resume your membership after a minimum of 2 weeks from the start of the pause. Simply go to your profile and navigate to the membership page to reactivate your plan.

If you’d like to resume earlier than the minimum pause time, please contact support, and we will take care of it for you.

🔒 Pause limits

You can pause your membership up to 2 times per year, and each pause can last a maximum of 1 month.
