If you're cancelling after the free window, you’ll be charged one credit for the late cancellation. However, it’s still important to cancel your spot to help keep the game organized and ensure a great experience for everyone. Imagine playing with fewer people, not cool right? It’s always better for everyone if you cancel in advance!

If someone cancels an hour before the game, we must find a replacement quickly—sometimes, not an easy task with so many games to manage. 🟥 Red Card: If your punctuality or reliability doesn’t improve, you might receive a red card, and we may need to cancel your membership.
