Feasly is built to let you start simple and layer in detail as you go — everything updates automatically in real time.

Get started in 3 quick steps:

📂 Step 2: Explore a demo project

See a completed feasibility before building your own. This is the fastest way to understand Feasly’s structure and outputs.

From your Dashboard:

  • Go to Demo Projects.

  • Click AddDuplicate to New Project.

  • The demo will copy into your dashboard so you can explore and edit freely.

Tip: Click on the scenario name to enter the feasibility

🏗️ Step 3: Start your own Feasibility

When you’re ready to start your own feasibility:

  • Click New Project in the Dashboard and complete the project details.

  • Go to AddAdd New Scenario, then complete the scenario details.

  • Click the Scenario name to enter the feasibility.

You’ll start in the Land section. Simply work your way through each section.

There’s no right or wrong approach — start simple, then add detail when you’re ready.

Example: Professional Fees

  • High-level: Enter a single line item as a percentage of construction costs.

  • Detailed: Add multiple tabs and individual line items.
