🔐 Trouble Logging In?

Try these steps to quickly resolve the most common issues.

✅ 1. Check Your Credentials

  • Double-check your email and password — make sure there are no typos.

  • Confirm you’re using the email linked to your Feasly account.

  • Check that Caps Lock is off.


🔁 2. Reset Your Password

  • Click Forgot Password on the login screen.

  • Enter your account email and follow the reset instructions.

  • Can’t find the reset email? Check your junk or spam folders.



🧹 3. Clear Cache & Cookies

  • Old cache and cookies can cause login hiccups.

  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then restart it.

  • Each browser is different — check their help section if needed.



🌐 4. Update Your Browser

  • Make sure you're using the latest version of your browser.

  • Feasly works best on:

    • Google Chrome

    • Mozilla Firefox

    • Safari



🚫 5. Disable Browser Extensions

  • Some extensions (like ad blockers or privacy tools) can block login functionality.

  • Temporarily disable them and try again.



💻 6. Try Another Browser

Still stuck?

  • Try logging in using a different browser — if you're using Chrome, switch to Safari or Mozilla Firefox.

  • Feasly is optimised for desktop only, so make sure you're not using a mobile or tablet.


🔒 7. Check Company IT Restrictions

  • Occasionally, your company firewalls or IT security settings may block Feasly’s API calls.

  • If you're using a work device or are behind a corporate network, check with your IT team to ensure access to Feasly isn’t being blocked.

  • You may need to whitelist our domain or allowlist certain requests for full functionality.

  • Our IT Team can work with your IT team.



📶 8. Check Your Internet Connection

  • Ensure you're connected to a stable internet network.

  • Restart your router if needed.
