🔐 Trouble Logging In?

Try these steps to quickly resolve the most common issues.

Updated over a week ago

Every computer and browser settings behave a little differently; let's go through a solution checklist which usually resolves the issue.

Firstly, contact us via chat

Let us know:

  • Details of the issue

  • Screenshot (most important)

  • Browser you are using

  • VPN software installed?

  • Company firewalls?

✅ 1. Check Your Credentials

  • Check your email and password — make sure there are no typos.

  • Confirm you’re using the email linked to your Feasly account.

  • Check that Caps Lock is off.

  • Manually type your email and password. Avoid autofill as it may insert an old or incorrect credential.

✅ 2. Reset Your Password (if forgotten)

  • Click Forgot Password on the login screen.

  • Enter your account email and follow the reset instructions.

✅ 3. No Verification Code Email?

  • Can’t find the reset email?

    • Email providers often delay or filter these messages. If you were prompted for a 6-digit code:

      • Check your Spam / Junk / Promotions folder

      • Search your inbox for “Feasly” or “verification code”

✅ 4. Update Your Browser/ Check Internet

  • Check your browser is updated to the latest version.

  • Check internet connection is connected and stable.

✅ 5. Do a Hard Reload (Force Refresh)

If a normal refresh doesn’t work;

  • On Windows: Press Ctrl + R

  • On Mac: Press Command + R

  • Or click the browser’s refresh icon.

Do a hard reload to clear stored tokens and force your browser to pull fresh data.

Google Chrome (Windows or Mac)

  1. Right-click anywhere on the page and select Inspect

  2. A tools panel opens (usually at the side or bottom).

  3. Go to your browser toolbar 🔄 Refresh and right-click to see options.

  4. Select Empty Cache & Hard Reload

Or use a shortcut:

  • Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows)

  • Command + Shift + R (Mac) — works, but doesn’t clear cache as fully as the right-click method.

Safari (Mac only)

Safari doesn’t have a one-click hard reload — but you can clear the cache (Note: this will clear all cached sites, not just Feasly):

Option 1:

  • Press Option + Command + E to Empty All Caches

  • Then refresh with Command + R

Option 2:

  • Go to Safari > Settings > Advanced, tick “Show Develop menu in menu bar”.

  • From the Develop menu, choose Empty Caches.

Mozilla Firefox

Clears the cache for Feasly only.

  • Hold Shift and click the 🔄 Refresh icon, or press:

  • Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows)

  • Command + Shift + R (Mac)

✅ 6. Check Browser Settings (Blocked Content)

If dropdowns or inputs aren’t responding (especially the first time you use Feasly), your browser may be blocking scripts or content.

Google Chrome (Windows or Mac)

  • Click the icon beside the URL → Allow “Pop-ups and redirects

  • Click on Site Settings → Privacy & Security → “JavaScript” → Allow (Default)

Safari (Mac only)

  • Click on SafariSettings

  • Click on SecurityEnable JavaScript

  • Click on PrivacyDisable cross-site tracking

  • Click on WebsitePop-up windows → select Allow

Mozilla Firefox

  • Click the shield icon beside the URL → Turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection for Feasly.

✅ 7. Try an Incognito / Private browser window

This avoids cached login sessions.

Open a private window and try logging in again:

  • Chrome: File → New Incognito Window

  • Safari: File → New Private Window

✅ 8. Try Another Browser

  • Try logging in using a different browser — if you're using Chrome, switch to Safari or Mozilla Firefox.

🔒 9. Check Company IT Restrictions

  • Occasionally, your company firewalls or IT security settings may block Feasly’s API calls.

  • If you're using a work device or are behind a corporate network, check with your IT team to ensure access to Feasly isn’t being blocked.

  • You may need to whitelist our domain or allowlist certain requests for full functionality.

  • Our IT Team can work with your IT team.
