Feasly may look simple, but behind the scenes, it applies hundreds of smart rules and deep logic to keep your data structured and accurate.
Here’s how it works:
Contextual Interfaces: Dropdowns, fields, and layouts adapt to your selections. Residential vs. Commercial Sales inputs, for example.
Auto-Save: All changes are saved in real time — no need to hit 'save'.
Connected Data: Update a cost, sale, or loan — and linked totals and reports update automatically.
Built-In Validation: Prompts and inactive buttons help guide you and flag missing or invalid inputs.
Smart Calculations: Rate-based entries (like % of sale or $/sqm) auto-convert to dollar values.
Standard GST Handling: All reports use ex-GST figures for consistency.
Cashflow Sync: Inputs are mapped to a timeline to track fund movement.

Complete the project details, set status as template on the dashboard
When your ready to use the template, simply duplicate to new project
💡 Category Customisation
Throughout the platform you can:
Add, rename, or delete tabs and line items
Select input types using Rate Type dropdowns
Enter amounts as Inclusive or Exclusive of GST
💡 Financials Section (FeaslyPro)
When doing quick feasos or funding models, you may leave the Financials section until your strategy is set. Then add the spans to Revenue, Costs & Funding.
