Project data: If you're thinking of cancelling, just a heads up — your project data will be deleted once your subscription ends.
You can downgrade your subscription to FeaslyLite , or ask us to pause your subscription instead.
🔧 How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Feasly account. Here’s how:
Click the Account icon in the left-hand navigation.
Go to Payments & Subscriptions.
Click Manage Subscription.
Select Cancel Subscription.
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — monthly or annually, depending on your plan.
🧾 Invoices & Payment History
You can access all your invoices from the Your Account section:
Head to Payments & Subscriptions
All invoices are listed and downloadable (they'll save to your default downloads folder)
📌 Important Notes
No mid-term refunds: If you cancel during your billing period, you’ll retain full access to Feasly until the end of your current term — but no refunds are issued for unused time.
Annual plans: Cancelling mid-term? You’ll still have access until the end of your annual period.
