When you are setting up your account and password there are a few requirements to the password that needs to be fulfilled.
These requirements are set to keep your account and your information safe.
The password should contain at least:
8 characters
A lowercase character
An uppercase character
A number
A special character ('?' cannot be used in the password)
Note that Feedbackly support can't see your password as we use a third party password service that also helps you reset your password if you run into issues or forget your password.
