If you have forgotten your password go to dash.feedbackly.com and click on the "Forgot password?" tab. 

After this you will be redirected to a page where you will need to enter the email address that is linked to your Feedbackly account. 

After entering the email address you will be sent a password reset link a long with instructions on how to proceed.
