Accessing the Bulk Editor
Navigate to the Product Screen:
From the Playbook screen, click "Go to Product",
orUse the side navigation bar and click "Product".
Adding Attributes for Editing
Open Column Selection Panel:
On the Product screen, click the Column button on the right.
Select Attributes to Edit:
In the selection panel, search for the attribute (e.g., Material) you want to edit.
Click Add to include it in the table for editing.
Filtering Products
Apply Filters to Narrow Your Product List:
Use filters to target specific items. For example, use:
Title contains "Leather"
This will display only products with "Leather" in their title.
Editing in Bulk
Make Your Updates:
Click the Edit button from the table’s action menu.
Update the chosen field (e.g., change Material to Leather).
Save Your Changes:
Click Save to apply your updates instantly.
Undoing or Modifying Updates
Adjust or Revert Edits:
Reopen the Bulk Editor.
Refine or remove filters.
Update attributes again as needed without affecting unrelated listings.
