If your Feno Smartbrush displays an error message, don’t worry — most issues can be resolved quickly. Here's what to do:
🛠 Step-by-step troubleshooting
- Restart your device 
 Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds, then power it back on.
- Check for updates 
 Open the Feno App and make sure you’re running the latest firmware. The app will prompt you if an update is available.
- Review the error message 
 Look at the exact message on-screen. Common ones include:- “Wi-Fi not connected” → Make sure your Wi-Fi is active and try reconnecting in the app 
- “Excessive bite pressure” → Ease up and bite gently on the Mouthpiece 
 
- Reset Wi-Fi connection 
 In the app, go to Settings > Device > Reset Wi-Fi, and follow the steps to reconnect.
