The scanning feature is not providing accurate results. How can I fix this?
Updated this week

We hope you're enjoying the oral health scanning feature of the Feno Smartbrush. To help you get the most accurate reports, we've put together some simple tips:

1. Distance matters: Hold the device about 12 inches from your face. This ensures we capture your full smile.

2. Light it right: Good front lighting is key. Natural light works well, but any clear lighting will do.

3. Stay steady: Try to keep the device as still as possible during the scan. A stable hand means clearer images.

4. Keep it straight: Hold the device directly in front of your face, not at an angle.

5. Not too close: Resist the urge to move closer than 12 inches, as this might cut off parts of the scan.

6. Open Wide: Make sure you open as wide as possible and show as much of your gums as possible. You could even take 2-3 scans to capture different aspects of your mouth. The more you capture, the more information we are able to give.

Following these guidelines will significantly improve the accuracy of your oral health reports.

If problems persist, consult the user manual for detailed instructions or contact support.
