If your order includes a Mouthpiece, we need your scans to determine the correct size before shipping. Follow these steps to submit your scans using the FitKit App:

  1. Download the Feno FitKit App – Available on the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/feno-fitkit/id6463756659
    - If you are using an Android device, reach out to us!

  2. Log in – Enter the email address used for your order (ensure it's spelled correctly and matches your order confirmation).

  3. Complete Your Scan – Follow the in-app instructions to scan your mouth for a precise fit.

Once your scans are submitted, we’ll begin processing your mouthpiece and update you on your order status.
