If your Feno Smartbrush is still showing a “Critical Battery” warning after being charged, here are a few things to check:
✅ 1. Check the charger connection
Make sure you’re using the adapter that came with your Feno kit.
Double-check that the Snap Charger is properly attached to the back of the Smarthandle:
The Feno logo on the charger should be upside down.
The magnet should click into place.
🔌 Important: There is only one correct orientation for charging. Even if the magnet clicks in the wrong direction, the device won’t charge. Refer to the image below for proper alignment.
You can also watch a quick video guide on using the Snap Charger here.
🔄 2. Try a device reset
If everything is connected properly but the warning still appears, a reset might help clear the issue.
Here’s how to reset your Smartbrush:
Press and hold all three buttons (Power, Up, and Down) at the same time.
Hold for about 5 seconds until you see a QR code on the screen.
If the QR code doesn’t appear, try the reset again — it can take a couple tries.
Once you see the QR code, try connecting it to the charger again.
💡 Tip: The buttons may feel a bit firm — this is by design to prevent accidental presses during use.
