When a traveler books your Experience, the booking is confirmed instantly and can be accessed in a few places. Knowing this helps you stay on top of your bookings and reach out to travelers at the right moment.
In your email inbox
You'll receive a booking confirmation email with the essentials: date, time, Experience name, buyer name, number of participants, and any special requests.
The email includes buttons to Chat with the Traveler or Chat with Fernwayer Support.
This is usually the first place you'll notice a new booking.
In your notification bell on fernwayer.com
The bell icon at the top right of your Fernwayer screen - after logging in - shows in-app notifications - all notifications for new bookings can be found here. Click the respective notifcation to go straight to the booking details.
In your Booking Calendar
Your Booking Calendar is the definitive place to see all your bookings — past, current, and upcoming. There are two views:
Quick View — a monthly calendar for a single Experience. Blue circles show days with bookings.
List View — a list of entries across multiple Experiences and any date range you choose.
Both views let you click through to see who booked, view their profile, and start a conversation via Chat.
For a full walkthrough of both views, how to read the icons and numbers, and how to reach out to travelers, see Viewing Your Booking Calendar and Bookings.
When to check
Make it a habit to check your Booking Calendar regularly to:
Catch any conflicts (especially if you also take bookings outside Fernwayer)
Reach out proactively to travelers who have upcoming Experiences
Plan your week or month at a glance
What to do once you have a booking
Every booking is a chance to set the tone for a great Experience.
Send a warm welcome message via Chat, confirm the meeting point, and ask about any dietary needs or special requests.
For details on handling changes to a booking — adding participants, modifying the date, or other adjustments — see the other articles in this collection.
