Letting People Know About Your Experience

FOR EXPERIENCE MAKERS: How to share your Fernwayer listing with your audience — on social media, on your website, and beyond.

Fernwayer works to bring Travelers to your Experience through its marketing efforts. But your own audience — the people who already know your work, follow you, or visit your website — is a natural place to invite bookings from too.

This article covers practical ways to share your Fernwayer listing with them.

Adding a link on your website

If you have your own website, you can add a direct link to your Fernwayer listing or your Fernwayer Profile Page — many Experience Makers place it in their "Book with me" menu or in the footer. For any questions, message your Fernwayer contact.

Sharing on social media

The simplest approach is to post directly with a link to your Experience page on Fernwayer.

  • Facebook, LinkedIn, and X — paste the URL directly into a post. Or scroll to the bottom of your Experience page and click Share for a clean link.

  • Instagram — active links aren't possible within posts, so many Experience Makers share on Stories with a "link to click" sticker pointing to the page, or keep the link permanently in their Link in Bio.

Behind-the-scenes content

Content that shows the process behind your Experience tends to perform well and builds anticipation — even before your listing goes live. A fieldwork visit, a workshop preparation, a moment from a previous session.

Short Reels or Stories from these moments give your audience a sense of what a day with you looks like, and they carry attention forward to the listing itself.

A note on where bookings should go

All bookings for Fernwayer Experiences should come through Fernwayer, whether from your audience or ours.If someone reaches out to you directly to book an Experience from your Fernwayer portfolio, please redirect them to your Fernwayer listing — it protects both the Traveler and you, and keeps the platform's integrity for everyone.
