The program terms, and what can end a partnership

FOR AFFILIATES: How the program's terms can change, and what can bring a partnership to an end.

Fernwayer may change or end the program

Fernwayer may change the program from time to time — commission rates, terms, eligibility, or how it works — or discontinue the program altogether. Where it's practical, we'll give active affiliates reasonable notice of significant changes, or of the program coming to an end.

This is normal for any program that grows and evolves. The current terms always live in the Fernwayer Affiliate Program Terms of Use.

Ending a partnership

Either side can end the partnership, and either way it's done in writing.

If you'd like to leave, email the affiliate team at affiliates@fernwayer.com to let us know, and we'll close your affiliate profile. You'll still be paid any commission you've already earned on completed bookings, and you'll need to remove Fernwayer links, logos, and promotional materials from your platforms.

If Fernwayer ends a partnership — in the event of a breach of the Terms of Use — we'll let you know by email. The serious breaches are covered in The dos and don'ts, such as brand bidding, coupon pages, or scraping.

What happens when a partnership ends

However it ends:

  • Commission you've already earned on completed bookings before the end date is still paid, on the normal schedule.

  • Your licence to use Fernwayer's brand ends, and Fernwayer links, logos, and promotional materials should come off your platforms.

  • Pending commission may be forfeited in cases of termination for a serious breach.
