Each plan uses Fernwayer Experiences as its anchors — the highlights, the cultural traditions, the moments of exclusive access — and fills in around them with recommendations for flights, hotels, restaurants, and self-explore ideas.

How it works
Start your journey. Begin with a 45-minute private call, or a form-based trip request — your choice.
Your itinerary, crafted. Your curator assembles a comprehensive day-by-day plan, with recommendations for flights, hotels, Fernwayer Experiences, and dining.
Refine to perfection. Review the plan and request up to two rounds of edits. If you like, one round can be a 45-minute call, where your curator walks you through the itinerary and answers your questions.
The final itinerary. Delivered by email, with direct links so you can book each part of your journey — Fernwayer Experiences included — yourself.
What it costs
Pricing is transparent and reflects the expertise behind every design:
A base fee covers your onboarding consultation, the overall logistics, and shaping the framework around your preferences.
A fee per day of travel covers balancing pace and logistics, and weaving in Experiences, flights or trains, hotels, and dining. It scales with the length of your trip. Arrival and departure days count as half-days, since they usually involve travel and lighter activity.
Unlike a bundled package with a single, opaque price, your itinerary comes with a line-item breakdown of every element — Experiences, stays, dining, and travel. This is radical transparency: you'll see exactly what each part costs, and you choose what to keep, adjust, or remove.
