The listing is where the details live. Closer to the day, read it through again — it's easy to forget the specifics of something booked a while back. Note the meeting point and time, anything to bring or wear, and the rhythm of the day. Your Experience Maker will also confirm the essentials with you in Chat.
The day is designed, not scripted
A Fernwayer Experience is carefully shaped — the stops, the food, the moments of rare access are all chosen for a reason. But it isn't a rigid, minute-by-minute tour. What happens between the fixed points unfolds through real conversation, so the day has room to breathe and follow the moment. Come without a checklist in mind; the shape is there, and the rest is what makes it yours.
You arrive as a guest
Everything transactional — the fee, tickets, food and drink — is already handled. From the moment you arrive, you're a guest being received, not a customer being served. There's nothing to pay, nothing to arrange; you can simply be present.
It's a conversation, not a lecture
Your Experience Maker is an expert, but the day isn't a performance. They'll tell you what they think, what they love, what they find difficult — and the day is richer when you meet them halfway. Ask questions. Say what draws you. The most memorable Experiences are the ones travelers step into, rather than watch.
And at the end
Experiences often close with a warm goodbye — sometimes a recipe, a reading list, or photos your Experience Maker shares with you through Chat afterward. You'll also be invited to leave a review, which means a great deal to your Experience Maker. (More in [Leaving a review].)
