If you find yourself needing to cancel a booked experience, here's what you should know:

  • Cancellation Policy: Every experience has its own cancellation policy, which is clearly stated at the time you make your booking. It's important to review this policy carefully to understand the terms of your booking. When cancelling, the timing will be based on the local time where the Experience is located.

  • Standard Cancellation Policy: For most experiences, you can receive a full refund if you cancel up to 8 days before the start date of the experience. This gives you some flexibility if your plans change.

  • Exceptions to the Standard Policy: Some experiences, especially those that are considered special events or require more preparation, have longer cancellation periods. This means you might need to cancel even earlier than 8 days before the start date to avoid any charges.
