This is the process for removing a block of availability, one Experience at a time.
You may want to entirely remove blocks of availability — i.e. continuous availability over three or more days — due to a change in your availability, vacation, seasonality, or some other factor. Keep in mind:
You can only remove availability from the Booking Calendar one Experience at a time.
This process removes all Time Slots for that experience for the range of dates you select. If you only want to remove one specific Time Slot within a range (e.g. remove the 2 PM slot but keep the 10 AM slot), see Managing a Time Slot instead.
Removing Availability
Choose the Experience from the My Experiences menu.
Click the three dots next to its name to see the drop-down menu, then choose Delete Schedule.
Select the range of dates you'd like to edit by double-clicking the starting date and single-clicking the end date. The dark blue strip shows the range of dates selected, and yellow dots indicate which dates currently show availability. Confirm you've selected the right range of dates by checking the planning horizon shown at the bottom of the box, which displays the range your deletion will apply to.
Select the days of the week whose availability you'd like removed from the Booking Calendar within that range.
Choosing all the days (or all the days of the week with recurring availability) will remove all availability across the range.
Choosing specific days of the week will remove only the availability on those days, leaving the rest intact.
Only click Delete once you're happy with the range and the days of the week you've selected. Once you click Delete, that availability will be removed from your calendar.
If any Entries within the deleted range already have bookings, they will remain — those bookings must be honored.
