A New, Standardized List of Offer Reasons
We have deployed a new, streamlined, and comprehensive list of Offer Reasons for all new Ticketed Offers. This update standardizes the way we categorize ticket sales across all integrations, making data capture more consistent and effective. This update applies to Ticketed Offers only across all integrations (Distribution/Exchange offers are not affected). The Offer Reason dropdown now displays 19 clear categories (plus 'Test'), ordered alphabetically.
Value to You: This update establishes cleaner, more actionable data. Standardized categories mean more accurate analytics, the new list eliminates confusing categories for a clearer choice, and we ensure seamless integration with the Rate Card (VA) system for accurate pricing.
How it works:
New Offers: The "Offer Reason" dropdown menu for all new Ticketed Offers now displays the new, concise list of 20 categories.
Editing Old Offers: Existing offers will retain their original Offer Reason. If a user edits an old offer, they will be required to select a value from the new list upon saving. (Note: Some reasons like Suite and Deposit were not changed and will stay the same).
Rate Cards: The Offer Reason list within the Rate Card (VA) system now reflects the new, approved categories.
Customize Your Flex Plan's Header Text
We've introduced a new customizable header text field in the Enterprise Platform that gives our clients greater control over the primary instructional text displayed to buyers on the Flex Plan purchase page. Clients can now customize this message to anything they choose, up to a maximum of 30 characters.
Value to You: This allows organizations to use language that accurately reflects the specific product they are selling (e.g., "Build Your Mini-Pack," "Choose Your Holiday Tickets").
New Defaults for Offer Visibility and Ticket Maximums
To speed up your workflow and provide control over offer visibility, you can now set a default "Offer Page Access" (Public or Private) and a "Maximum Tickets per User" in your Organization Offer Settings.
Value to You: These settings let you establish default limits that will automatically apply to all new offers you create, saving you time and reducing the chance of error.
Please Note: Access to these organizational settings is limited to Sales Managers. To request adjustments, please contact your Sales Manager for assistance.
Find Events Faster with Event ID Search
We've upgraded the Events hub search bar to allow users to quickly find events using full or partial Event Code or Event ID.
Value to You: As a FEVO Enterprise user, you can now search for events by their unique identifier to quickly find a specific event regardless of which organization you're currently viewing.
Referral Codes Have a New Home
We have moved the Referral Codes area that was previously under the Users tab in the Admin area to the Codes hub.
Value to You: This relocation places Referral Codes in a more intuitive home alongside Discounts and Promotions for a more streamlined workflow.
Empower Your Sales Team with Direct Ref Code Access
With Referral Codes being moved to the Codes hub, Sales Person users will now be able to view and run reports on all of their own ref codes. They will be able to view and edit their existing ref codes, create new ones, and filter reports by their own ref codes to track sales.
Value to You: This update gives Sales Person-level users access to creating, viewing, editing and tracking sales for all of their own ref codes.
Add Images to Referral Codes
We will now allow images to be added to Referral Codes, giving users the ability to build one offer page or group landing page but have it customized for buyers depending on the ref code used to promote it! The ref code image will replace any images/videos in the Offer Media / Cart Carousel to be the only item shown.
Value to You: This gives FEVO users the convenience of only having to build one offer page but promoting it out to many different companies using various ref codes in order to customize it accordingly.

TM Archtics
Support for Other Info Fields
You can now map up to 10 custom data attributes from your FEVO offers directly to your Archtics "Other Info" fields.
Value to You: Tag sales with critical information, such as Sales Channel, Marketing Campaign, or FEVO Offer Type, at the moment of purchase, ensuring valuable data is captured directly in Archtics. This allows you to run more precise reports, segment your audience, and accurately attribute sales.

FEVO Inventory
Display Total and Available Quantity for GA Inventory
We've added a new Available Quantity field that tracks your real-time sellable inventory by automatically accounting for all tickets sold and currently held in buyer carts. Plus, the platform will now prevent you from setting a Total Capacity lower than the number of tickets already accounted for, protecting your sales.
Value to You: We've updated FEVO Inventory General Admission events to ensure that our partners always have an accurate, validated view of truly sellable inventory.
