A Faster Checkout with Google Address Autofill
We've updated our checkout page to include address autofill powered by Google. Now, as your fans begin typing their shipping or billing address, a list of suggestions will appear. Selecting their address will automatically fill in the remaining fields.
Value to you: This small change makes a big impact, leading to a faster, smoother checkout process for your buyers, helping to reduce cart abandonment, and providing additional safeguards against human error.
Enhanced Reporting for Partial Refund
When submitting a partial refund within the order adjustment workflow, you can now select and remove inventory-specific questions and answers from an order. After removing the inventory-specific question from the order, the answer will no longer appear on the order confirmation or the buyer report.
Value to you: Previously, for example, if a fan ordered 4 tickets that included a t-shirt and had sizing questions, and one of the tickets was refunded, the t-shirt sizing question would remain in the buyer report. With this enhancement, the t-shirt size answer would be removed from both the order confirmation and buyer report, ensuring that refunded tickets don't retain unnecessary or confusing add-on data.
Group Order Adjustments Now Available to More Users
We've expanded access to the "Adjust Group Order" feature, providing full capabilities to Sales Managers, Sales Persons, and Customer Service.
Value to you: Previously, Sales Managers, Sales Persons, and Customer Service had different access levels to the "Adjust Group Order" tool. Now, each user role can create new groups, move buyers between groups, and remove buyers.
New Reporting API Field: offer_access_code
FEVO's Reporting API enables you to streamline your workflow by pulling FEVO data directly into your data warehouse. We continue to develop this API, and we have now added the offer_access_code to the Orders API response.
Value to you: This allows you to see which specific access code, presale code, or unlock was used for a transaction, giving you more granular data for your reporting.
For more information on API Reporting, please see the FAQ Article.
"Test" Offer Reason - Private & Locked
To prevent test offers from being accidentally exposed to the public, Offers set with the reason "Test" will be automatically set to private visibility. The visibility setting for Test offers will also be locked and cannot be changed.

Add Custom Details to Confirmation Emails
You can now add customized details to buyer confirmation emails based on the inventory set they purchase from. This new "Email Confirmation" field, found in the Attributes tab, supports rich text so you can bold, italicize, or even add hyperlinks.
Value to you: Sell multiple products (like VIP packages or parking) in a single offer without sending generic emails. You can now provide buyers with specific instructions tailored to their exact purchase, creating a more informed and confident customer experience.
How it works:
Choose the inventory set you would like to adjust the email confirmation for
Select the Email Confirmation field in the Attributes Tab.
Write and format the email copy.
Utilize links and emojis to enhance the description and any important details.
The email copy will show up at the top of the order confirmation email
Please note: Both the inventory level and offer level confirmation text will appear in the confirmation email. The "Offer Detail" description will show up below the "Inventory Set" description.
Add Tracking Pixels to Your Flex Plan Pages
As we continue to improve the Flex Plan experience, you can now add marketing tracking pixels (such as Meta or Google) to Flex Plan landing pages.
Value to you: With marketing pixels, you can track marketing performance and gain precise insights into your efforts. Plus, with pixels, you can now launch retargeting campaigns for any fan who landed on your Flex Plan.
Please Note:
Access to your pixel setup in the organizational setting is limited to FEVO Admins. To request pixel setup, please get in touch with FEVO’s digital marketing team at marketingservices@fevo.com for assistance with your pixels or any other digital marketing questions.
Pixel tracking for embedded Flex Plans is coming soon.
FEVO Inventory
Clone Your FEVO Events in One Click
You can now duplicate your FEVO Inventory events and their inventory in seconds. Just look for the new "Clone Event" option in the Actions menu in the top-right of the screen.
Value to you: Managing multiple events with similar inventory (like a concert series or multi-date experiences) no longer requires repetitive manual work. This feature dramatically reduces setup time and administrative burden.
Please Note: Access to this organizational setting is limited to Sales Managers. To request adjustments, please contact your Sales Manager for assistance.
Lock Ticket Details After Purchase
For FEVO Event General Admission inventory, the ticket type and price will now be locked in our system once a purchase is complete.
Value to you: This change ensures that your historical sales data remains accurate, even if you make changes to the inventory (like updating a price) after tickets have been sold.
Introducing the 'Scan User' Role for Check-In
We have launched a "Scan User" role to provide scanning access for event-day staff. This role provides access only to ticket scanning functions, keeping your sensitive sales data, customer information, and platform settings secure.
Value to you: You can now create dedicated scanning accounts for check-in staff without granting them access to the main Enterprise platform.
Admins and Sales Managers can easily assign this role, ensuring your event operations are both efficient and secure. (Note: Full FEVO Live app integration is coming in a future release!)
TDC
Launch, Integrated, Non-Inventoried Events
Sell parking, vouchers, merchandise, and other non-seat products through FEVO with new support for TDC, Integrated, Non-Inventoried Events.
What's New:
Non-inventoried event setup: New toggle when configuring TDC events to designate non-inventoried event type
Full offer creation support: Non-inventoried events work seamlessly in the Ticketed Offer Open Inventory flow
Simplified inventory management: Load and manage inventory without section selection (not applicable to non-inventoried products)
Standard buyer options: Add buyer options and tie them to appropriate buyer types
Complete reporting: Purchases appear in Buyer Reports and Sales Reports as usual
Value to you: Until now, FEVO couldn't support TDC non-inventoried events—the event type commonly used for parking passes, vouchers, merchandise, and other non-seat products. This limitation meant turning down opportunities to sell parking (especially common for baseball clubs), promotional items, and experiential add-ons. Now you can create offers for these products just as easily as standard ticketed inventory, opening up new revenue streams and bundling opportunities.
How It Works:
Set up your TDC event in FEVO
Toggle "Non-Inventoried Event" during event configuration
Create your offer through the Ticketed Offer Open Inventory flow
Load and select inventory (no section selection required)
Configure buyer options as needed
Save and publish—ready to sell

Inventory-Specific Discounts
Inventory-Specific Discounts give you the ability to apply a discount code to specific inventory defined on an offer at the Price Level / Price Type. So for example, if your discount is only valid for lower bowl seating, you can specify that area in the discount setup while still offering other non-discounted seating areas.
Value to you: Instead of creating a separate offer for the inventory-specific discount, you can offer all available inventory while also defining the discount-specific inventory on the same offer.
In Case You Missed It
Our previous release brought these updates:
TM Archtics "Other Info" Fields: You can now map up to 10 custom data attributes from FEVO offers directly into Archtics "Other Info" fields, enriching CRM data and simplifying sales attribution.
New Standardized Offer Reasons: We've rolled out a streamlined, standardized list of Offer Reasons for all new ticketed offers, ensuring more accurate reporting and business intelligence.
Custom Images for Referral Codes: Referral Codes are getting a major upgrade with unique images for each code, allowing for customized landing pages tailored to specific audiences or promoters.
New Organization-Level Defaults: Save time and ensure consistency with new org-level settings for default offer visibility (Public/Private) and maximum tickets per user.
Thank you for reading the latest edition of our Release Notes! We hope these updates provide significant value to your operations and help you create even more successful events! If you have any questions or feedback, please don't hesitate to reach out.
