It's a new week and we have new releases!

  1. Off Sale Support Contact
    Previously, when an offer was no longer on sale, the Sales Manager information was showcased instead of the Contact Person. This has now been updated!

  2. Organization Level Button Colors
    At the Organization Level, the colors for the CTA button and text have been implemented. These colors will be applied as the default to all offers. However, if the colors at the Offer Level are different from the Organization Level, the offer colors will take precedence and override the Organization Level colors.

  3. Confirmation Dialog Modal
    When setting up a new offer, if a customer decides to cancel their progress by clicking the Cancel button, they will now receive aconfirmation pop-up to ensure they want to cancel. Similarly, if the page is reloaded during offer setup, a confirmation pop-up will appear to confirm whether the client wants to reload the page and lose progress.

  4. Unlimited Donation Amount
    The $100 donation limit has been eliminated from our platform, allowing fans to donate more than $100. This change is beneficial for fundraising efforts.

  5. Mandatory Customer Fields
    The Name, Email, Subject, and Description fields are now mandatory when using the Contact FEVO button to submit a support request. The Submit button will remain grayed out until all the required fields have been completed.

  6. TM Archtics Ticket Types Display
    Previously, we showed the Ticket Type Code (_FV) only. Now, clients can see both the Ticket Type Code and the Ticket Type Name when selecting inventory.
